Heads should roll

[First, an update on update: So what if it took two-and-a-half punishing hours to write a meager 283 words? The writing got done — a good prognosis and portent.]

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said this today:

No one is above the law.

Her boss said this on 15 February:

He who saves his Country does not violate any Law.

Bondi's disloyal remark should, by rights, earn her a proper DOJ arrest. Swift apprehensions should also apply to every DOJ prosecutor and FBI official in agreement with Bondi.

I beseech His Discolored Bloatedness to enforce America's newfound New Order. If this besotted nation can't rely on the regime's seamless execution of its demonstrable lawlessness — and its top law enforcement officer's religious faith in it — whither we go?

Any respectable old Soviet ideologue would explain that a despot's capriciousness is but one of his weapons in maintaining society's disorientation, and if done well, society's indifference to it. After all, it worked for the ideologue's despots for more than 70 years.

Alll true patriots — addicts to apathy, defiers of republicanism — are begging the U.S. to continue defecating on itself. Don't disappoint them, Donald. They admire your erraticism and its inherent changing colors by the hour — right down to its innumerable, blinding blips of total dysfunction.

So keep your show on the road, Mr. T. You just might be the first of many Donalds to come. For now, Pam Bondi's despot-contradicting and tyranny-defying head must roll.
